From Blah to Wow...picture frame make-over

I am working on re-doing my "family and friends" wall...you know the one with all the picutres of your loved ones?! Mine has pictures that are a couple years old and in those cheap collage frames...the ones that are 18X14ish with all the different opening in the cheap ugly paper!

I want to mix and match frames. Frames that "fit" my home decor but that match each other too!

I went to Target (my fravorite store...next to Hobby Lobby) to see if they had any frames that would work...I found these white ones...BLAH (the light bulb came on) I can change these, I can paint them, mod podge them or something!!! Not only that they wer on clearance for $.98...yep that's right $.98 per frame!! SWEET!!!
So I bought 4 of them and thought about what I wanted to do...paint them, I could paint them black sand them and then stain them to get some brown in them...not sure! Then it came to me Mod Podge them with scrapbook paper...in colors that match my house and the paper that looks old! POOF...

How cute will these be on a wall with other sized frames...I am SO excited to get started hanging them.

P.S. I went back to Target and got 4 more...I think I might paint and stain them...Humm???
